PRE-TREATMENT
Before washing begins, we inspect the entire fence for any damage, staining, or problem areas that need extra attention. Surrounding plants, landscaping, and surfaces are pre-wetted to protect them throughout the process. Taking the time to properly prep ensures a cleaner, more even result from start to finish.
FENCE WASHING
We apply professional-grade cleaning solutions and use controlled, low-pressure washing to safely lift dirt, algae, mildew, and discoloration from every panel and post. Whether it's vinyl, wood, or composite, our method is adjusted to match the material so nothing gets damaged in the process.
FINAL RINSE & INSPECTION
Once the wash is complete, we do a thorough rinse of the entire fence to remove any remaining solution or loosened buildup. We then walk the full length to inspect for any missed spots or areas that need a second pass — we don't leave until the job looks right.

Will the cleaning solution hurt my plants or grass?
No. Before we apply any solution we pre-wet all surrounding plants, grass, and landscaping to protect them throughout the process. Everything is also thoroughly rinsed down when the job is complete.

Most fence cleanings take 1 to 3 hours depending on the length and condition of the fence. Longer runs or heavily stained fences may take additional time and we'll give you an estimate upfront.
